1. Definitions and Interpretation
The following words used in this document carry specific meanings.
1.1 Key Terms
- "Platform" means the rbakee website, mobile version and all related services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" means the user's personal profile and wallet.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, cashback or reward granted by rbakee.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the process of verifying a user's identity and age.
2. Account Registration
An active account is required to participate on the rbakee platform.
2.1 Registration Process
- Each individual may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all accounts will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.
- All information provided at registration (name, date of birth, phone number) must be completely accurate.
- Any change to contact details must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. The password must not be shared with anyone.
2.2 Account Security
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- rbakee will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access unless that loss is a direct result of rbakee's own negligence.
- Transferring, selling or lending an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
3. Age Verification and Eligibility
- At any point during registration, rbakee may request proof-of-age documents (national ID card, passport or birth certificate).
- Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until age verification is complete.
- Providing a false age is a legal offence and will result in account termination.
- Even if the same device or internet connection within a household is used, each individual must prove eligibility separately.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
This platform is operated for residents of Bangladesh. Access from regions where online betting is completely prohibited is not permitted. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted. The account holder and the payment account owner must be the same person.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, a deposit may be held until verification is complete.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- KYC verification on the account must be complete before a withdrawal request can be made.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
rbakee offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period, wagering requirement and play-through conditions.
- All terms of the relevant offer must be read carefully before claiming a bonus.
- If more than one person from the same household, device, IP address or payment account attempts to claim the same bonus, this will be treated as bonus abuse.
- If rbakee has reason to suspect abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and winnings earned through it and to close the account.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Cashback
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on activity on the platform.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless rbakee cancels it due to a technical error.
- In live betting during a match, markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after a suspension will be considered void.
- If the outcome of any event is disputed, rbakee reserves the right to make the final decision.
- The decision of the referee or umpire will be treated as final.
6.2 Technical Issues
- If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, rbakee reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the amount.
- rbakee is not liable for any loss suffered by a user due to internet connectivity issues.
- rbakee has the right to correct any erroneous result displayed due to a software or game engine fault.
7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities described below constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
- Attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements through unusual or coordinated betting by exploiting the bonus system.
- Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently claim multiple bonuses.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security through hacking, malware or any other technical means.
- Being involved in match fixing or coordinated betting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the processing of illegally obtained funds.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Opening an account using a fake or stolen identity.
- Falsely representing rbakee by using its name or logo.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Closure by rbakee
- rbakee may suspend or permanently close an account for a breach of any clause of these Terms.
- An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation and withdrawals may be held during that time.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be closed with prior notice.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
- Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team.
- All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
- If a member wishes to take a self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes, the support team will assist.
9. Limitation of Liability
- rbakee will not be liable for any loss caused by third parties, internet disruption, server downtime or natural disasters.
- rbakee accepts no liability for financial losses related to gaming. The risk of losing money on bets is entirely the user's.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, rbakee's decision will be final, provided it is a decision made in good faith.
- rbakee's total financial liability in any circumstances will not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Protecting users' personal information is rbakee's highest priority. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Information provided at registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Personal information is not sold to third parties without the user's consent.
